Super Easy Pumpkin Protein Bars
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup Organic Pumpkin Puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • ½ cup Almond Butter
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Orgain)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray an 8 X 8 pan with coconut oil or spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl till smooth.
  4. Pour batter into pan.
  5. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from center.
  6. Cool completely in pan before enjoying.
