Easy Overnight Oats
  • 2 cups milk of your choice (I used Unsweetened Almond Milk)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • Cinnamon, as much as you want (optional)
  • 1¼ cups Coach's Oats or Old Fashioned Oats
  • Topping ideas:
  • Nut/Seed butter
  • Fresh fruit
  • Dried fruit
  • Honey
  • Nuts or seeds
  1. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Divide mix between mason jars with lids.
  3. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  4. Top with your favorite toppings.
  5. Enjoy cold or microwave for 30-60 seconds.
