How’s your weekend going?
We are in the midst of yet another stretch of gray, rainy weather. I swear it seemed like everywhere around us was sunny. If you drove an hour south, sun. If you drove an hour west, sun. Hopefully the rain will stay away today so our outdoor plans won’t be a complete soaker. I’ll be sporting a super cool plastic bag over my boot at the Fairy Festival today. When you hear of the new trend, you know it came from me.
It’s Sunday so it’s meal planning time. What’s for dinner this week?
Sunday: Superfood Baked Salmon
Monday: Veggie Burgers + Homemade Sweet Potato Fries
Tuesday: Fish Tacos
Wednesday: Big Burger Bowl
Thursday: Crockpot Whole Roasted Chicken
Friday: Pizza Night!
Saturday: Wing it!
Since it was such a blah day yesterday, I mixed up a batch of my No-Bake Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Bars except I used sunflower seed butter and rolled them into balls. I almost think they taste better than with peanut butter? I can’t believe I said that. PB is one of my all time favorite things.
