“Done in 60 Seconds” Workout

Friday is here again. Yippee! It’s always hard to get back into the normal routine after a long Holiday weekend. This week just felt extremely long and tiresome. I’m so ready for the weekend!

Now that we are in the thick of the Holiday season, things are getting super busy and stressful for everyone. Time management is crucial for staying on top of everything including fitting in your workouts. Enter fast and furious workouts! You want a workout that will leave you feeling like you did something but you don’t have the hour or longer to spare on most days. I love making plans like this “Done in 60 Seconds” Workout. Each exercise is done for 60 seconds. Sorry if you thought the total workout was only 60 seconds. Hehehe!

As always, do a light warm up before beginning.

**Please consult your physician before beginning any new workouts**

I did this workout in my basement yesterday morning after a spin on my bike trainer. Sometimes I miss working out in a gym especially heavy weights and spinning. But most days I’m happy to sweat it out on my own. I can wear whatever I want (woohoo to less laundry!) and I can act like a crazy person. Singing out loud is highly encouraged at my gym! ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m linking up with Jill for Fitness Friday!

Also, be sure to check out Kierston @ CaNdY FiT for #RecipeFriday! Lots of yummy stuff to share and enjoy!

Have a great weekend everyone!

  1. If you have only 30 minutes to do either weights or cardio, do cardio. Why? I don’t like speed training with weights. Personal preference. And more rest usually equals more strength.
