I’m feeling quite good. Despite having to do most of my miles on the treadmill, it hasn’t been as torturous as you would think. Dare I say that the treadmill is growing on me? Maybe it’s because I got hooked into listening to Serial?

The knots in my calves are so much better. I’m faithfully using The Stick multiple times a day. I also credit yoga for helping me feel good. In addition to the studio, I committed to #TakeTheLeap 30 days of yoga with prAna and FitApproach.

Have you seen their Spring Collection yet? If I could, I’d buy one of everything.ย  I worked with prAna back in the late Fall and fell in love with their clothing. From workout gear to everyday clothing, everything is so well made with a conscious. It’s not often a company will go out of it’s way to be green for a better planet.

I totally stepped out of my comfort zone in getting the Ashley Capri in Blue Jay. Usually I’m an all black workout wear kind of girl. But with the dreary winter weather, I wanted something springy and colorful. I love ’em! And the Quinn Top. I love everything about it. It stays in place in class with no worries of wardrobe malfunctions no matter what pose I’m in. If you are feeling in the mood for shopping, check out their super cute stuff. You can get 15% off your order when you use my discount code psps15HFM.

How are you coping with the winter weather?

What workout are you loving right now?

  1. We are pretty lucky here in NC. Some cold temps but not much winter weather for us yet. February and March are usually the months when we get snow. We’ll see what happens this year! Well done ln not letting the weather stop you!!

  3. I’ve been surviving the treadmill, too. I’ve been listening to a mix of music and podcasts and am surprised how well the podcasts can help pass the time! Serial is on my list. Great workout weeks! I heard someone say we’re about 10 weeks out from Boston, and suddenly it’s feeling so close!!

  4. Great training weeks! You are going to do so well at Boston!
I’ve totally done the same thing of jumping on the treadmill to get to an even number. I’ve even run back and forth repeatedly in front of our apartment to get to an exact mile marker. Good thing my neighbors are marathoners, or else they’d think I’m crazy!
Your yoga outfit is so cute! Yay for springy colors! ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. I don’t know what it is but I have to finish on an even number. I’ve done the running by my house thing too. My neighbors aren’t runners and just think I’m plan crazy!

  5. Thanks for introducing me to this challenge! I am really enjoying the relaxed nature but great focus on fitting what you can into your schedule each day! Today I hung out in down dog for almost 5 minutes total and it felt amazing! Love those crops btw!

  6. I’m so glad that it doesn’t snow here. So very very glad.
We’ve actually had a reasonably cool summer and it has been lovely, next week we are back to hot summer days, hey I’m not going to complain about because overall we done more activities with cooler weather (not just stuck indoors).
I’m really enjoying my running at the moment. Going slower, but further. Now that the kid are back at school will change some things up, like I’ve just started a new weights program and I’m loving it, but has made me realise I lost muscle fitness. Oh well time will change that.
